Welcome to the I HAVE CHALLENGE Community

Welcome to the I HAVE CHALLENGE — a place for you to find support, share your story, and encourage others to choose life. If you're feeling alone or overwhelmed by the darkness, please know that you're not alone here. We're a community of survivors who understand what you're going through, and we're here to remind each other that life is worth living, no matter how difficult it may seem.

The I HAVE CHALLENGE is built on the simple yet powerful act of saying, "I HAVE" — a commitment to life, hope, and healing. It’s about breaking the silence around suicidal thoughts, mental health struggles, and the overwhelming isolation that so many of us face. When you say, “I HAVE,” you’re not only choosing life for yourself, but you're also encouraging others to do the same.

This space is for you to connect with others, share your journey, and receive encouragement. Whether you’re here to participate in the I HAVE CHALLENGE or just to find some comfort in knowing that others understand, we’re glad you’re here. You’re part of something powerful, and together, we will break the silence, heal, and remind each other that we matter.

Community Guidelines

This space is designed to be a safe, supportive environment for sharing our stories, finding hope, and encouraging each other to choose life. To ensure that this remains a space where everyone feels valued and respected, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines:

Be Respectful and Compassionate

We’re all here because we understand what it’s like to struggle. Please be kind and understanding in your comments and posts. Offer words of encouragement, support, and empathy. Our goal is to lift each other up, not tear each other down.

No Hate Speech or Harmful Language

This is a space of healing, not judgment. Disrespectful language, hate speech, or anything that belittles someone’s struggles will not be tolerated. We believe everyone’s experience is valid, and our words should reflect that.

No Spam or Promotional Content

This is not a space for self-promotion or spam. If you want to share something with the community, make sure it's relevant, respectful, and aligned with our shared goals of support, healing, and personal growth.

Create a Safe Space

We know how difficult it can be to share personal struggles, so please respect others' privacy. Don’t share any information about someone else without their permission. This is a place where people can choose to remain anonymous or use a pseudonym if they prefer.

Moderation and Review

To ensure a safe environment, all posts and video submissions will be reviewed carefully before being posted. Please note that inappropriate or harmful content will be removed immediately, and users may be blocked or restricted if they violate these guidelines.

Be Mindful of Triggers

Mental health and suicidal ideation are sensitive topics. If you're sharing a story or experience that may be triggering to others, please include a trigger warning (TW) at the beginning of your post or video. We want to support each other without causing additional harm.

Seek Professional Help

If you’re in immediate danger or need assistance, reach out to a professional. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1-800-273-TALK) and other resources are available for urgent support.

Anonymity and Privacy

You are welcome to share your story using your real name, a pseudonym, or anonymously. Your privacy is important, and we respect your choice of how much you wish to share.

Participation, Not Pressure

The I HAVE CHALLENGE is about choice — there’s no pressure to participate in any specific way. You’re welcome to simply read, support others, or contribute in your own time and manner.

By joining the I HAVE CHALLENGE Community, you are agreeing to these guidelines. Let’s create a space where everyone feels heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will break the silence, heal, and remind each other that we matter.

Thank you for being a part of this journey.
